By meeting community members where they are gathering already, your DbqCoED will continue to educate and empower neighbors to save money on energy expenses and promote an equitable energy transition!
The outreach will be completed in partnership with local food providers and at other community events. Each event will feature interactive ways to learn about how to be more energy efficient, engage in energy trivia and a book reading of “Why Should I Save Energy?” Each event will also have renter energy efficiency toolkits, copies of the book “Why Should I Save Energy?” and energy saving (or energy snacks) prizes. Residents of all ages can join in on learning more and find ways to empower others to save money on energy expenses!
